Three honest answers before you order
How long does it take?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days, shipping 2–5. Most orders arrive in about 10 days. If you need a gift by a date, order early — at least 12 business days ahead, 15 during the holidays.
Is it actually good quality?
Tees are Bella+Canvas. Signs are aluminum, not tin. Mugs are dishwasher-safe ceramic. We ordered every product ourselves before selling it.
What if it’s wrong?
Wrong size, misprint, damaged in transit — we reprint or refund within 30 days. Personalized signs included, if the error is ours. Email hello@thecoopclubco.com with your order number and a photo.
Can I change the personalization after ordering?
Within 2 hours of ordering, yes — email us right away. After that the sign is usually already in production. We print exactly what you type, so double-check the name and year.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Different products are printed by different US partners. Each package has its own tracking. Nothing is missing.
Is it really printed in the USA?
Yes — every item is printed and assembled by print partners in the United States. Some blank garments are sourced internationally, which is why we say “printed in the USA” and not “made in the USA.”
