1. Sponsor
The Coop Club Founding Flock Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Rebalex LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
There are two free ways to enter. Each person may enter once, regardless of method:
(a) Email: submit your email address at thecoopclubco.com/pages/names during the Giveaway Period; or
(b) Comment: leave a comment with your hen’s name on the official giveaway post on Sponsor’s TikTok or Instagram account (@thecoopclubco) during the Giveaway Period.
Following, liking, sharing or tagging is not required to enter. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the “$150 Coop Makeover”: a gift card redeemable at thecoopclubco.com with a value of one hundred fifty US dollars ($150). Approximate retail value: $150. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Monday, October 5, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or by direct message on the platform used to enter, and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize; otherwise an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial and state, and any hen name submitted, for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and, for email entrants, to send The Coop Club marketing emails, from which you may unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Winner List
For the name of the winner, email hello@thecoopclubco.com with the subject “Founding Flock Giveaway winner” within 60 days after October 5, 2026.
